Spitbraai by Monique proudly offers an on-site spitbraai service complete with a served buffet menu.

LAMB, PORK, SUCKLING PIG, VENISON and BEEF is spit-roasted to perfection on site, with a closed state-of-the-art gas spitbraai. 

Traditional South African Barbeque or a Fish and Seafood braai can also be catered for.

A delicious meal complete with sauces, breads, vegetables, starches, salads and desserts awaits you. 

Strictly Halaal spitbraai catering by prior arrangement.

We are Halaal friendly, and source meat and ingredients from certified Halaal suppliers.  We adhere to all preparation methods.

We cater for weddings, private functions and corporate spitbraais at your venue, and even on ships, such as the SA Navy battleships. 

We are based in Cape Town Peninsula.
